1992-1998 Abbott Resorts - Rentals - Employed as vacation sales representative and promoted to reservations supervisor (nightshift). At the time, Abbott Resorts managed over 3,000 rental units and was the largest civilian employer in the area in addition to having the most phone lines with the exception of Eglin Air Base. As nightshift supervisor I handled after hours check-ins and customer service when almost all of our off-site offices closed and tranferred phones to yours truly. You name it, I've dealt with it and from A to Z. In addition we continually toured the multitude of properties in off-season and gained familiarity with almost all resort locations from Okaloosa Island to Destin throughout South Walton/30A.
1998-2004 Abbott Realty/ResortQuest - Real Estate Sales. As a licensed Realtor for Abbott Realty/ResortQuest I had the unique opportunity to be with the leader in pre-construction sales during the boom of pre-construction.
